Gizaw & Co. LLC. is a full-service construction management company and construction consulting firm founded in Virginia on 2011 by Abel M. Gizaw. Gizaw & Co. has built a reputation as a results-oriented firm that manages all aspects of the construction process from start to finish – each project receives the full benefit of a technically-based and multidisciplinary approach. We ensures team work and total focus on delivering what the client desires.

As our clients see a decline in the number of sites they build annually, maintaining a staff of in-house construction project managers becomes challenging.

Gizaw & Co. is able to provide construction management services for our clients such as the following: Utility coordination, Bidding services, building permit services, Bill of Materials development, Construction oversight and Material inspections, Punchlist development and Closeout services including the development of As-built Drawings.
